When you place an eligible order, its warranty record is created in our system automatically. No registration forms, warranty cards or product codes to keep track of.
Bought your LED Flow Star at a festival or event? Your box has a sticker with a unique warranty code.

Each of the eight original LEDs is eligible for one approved warranty replacement during the original six-month coverage period.
Receiving a replacement does not restart or extend your original six months.

First Earth provides a six-month limited warranty for the eight original removable LED modules included with a LED Flow Star.
Coverage is limited to defects in materials, workmanship or normal operation that occur during the applicable warranty period. This warranty applies only to the LED modules and does not extend to the fabric Flow Star, accessories or other components unless First Earth states otherwise in writing.
No customer registration or activation is required for eligible purchases made through the First Earth online store.
When an eligible LED Flow Star order is placed, a warranty record is automatically created using the associated order information. The warranty remains pending until package delivery is confirmed.
The six-month warranty period begins automatically on the confirmed delivery date.
LED Flow Stars purchased at festivals, events or other in-person locations come with a unique registration code on a sticker on the box.
To activate the warranty, enter that code on this page along with your name and email address. The warranty becomes active immediately. No receipt or staff approval is required.
Each code can be used once and is tied to the event where the product was sold. Coverage begins on the day the code is activated, if activated during the event, or on the last day of the event if activated afterward.
For online orders, the warranty begins on the confirmed package delivery date.
For an in-person purchase, the warranty begins on the day the registration code is activated, if activated during the event, or on the last day of the event if activated afterward.
The warranty expires six calendar months after the applicable start date. Receiving a replacement LED does not change the original warranty start or expiration date.
The LED Flow Star includes eight original LED modules. Each original LED module is eligible for no more than one approved warranty replacement during the original six-month warranty period.
A replacement LED does not create a new warranty period, renew the existing warranty or become eligible for another standard replacement.
At no time can the total number of standard warranty replacements exceed the number of eligible original LED modules.
Claims can be started on this page during the active warranty period. Look up an online purchase with your order number and checkout email, or an in-person purchase with your registration code and the email you activated it with. For online orders, a claim can be started once delivery has been confirmed. You can also email help@first-earth.com.

Claims submitted after the original warranty period has expired are not covered by this limited warranty.
When a claim is approved, First Earth will provide the applicable replacement LED module and record that replacement against the eligibility of the affected original LED.
Replacement LEDs are intended to restore the original product's function. They do not restart, renew or extend the warranty.
A confirmed defective replacement or fulfillment error may be corrected without consuming additional original-module eligibility.
Online warranty records are created automatically using the original order information. First Earth may use order, delivery, fulfillment and customer information to locate the applicable warranty and confirm its status.
In-person warranty records are created when the customer activates the registration code from their box.
Customers should keep their order number or registration code.
This limited warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights under applicable state or local law. Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be limited.
