We ship to all 50 states, and ship internationaly to most countries.
Orders are shipped by USPS. International orders are handled by USPS until they reach the destination country - at this point, tracking is no longer updated. Most items ship via USPS from our North Carolina location. Some Canvas and Photo Paper prints are printed on demand, and ship from printers location in Athens, GA. Blankets, Duvet covers and select home goods are created on demand and ship from our partners in Denver, CO.
We generally ship 5 days a week. We observe most Federal/Shipping holidays. International orders can take 2-5 weeks to arrive.
We will send you a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to update. We are faster than the Post Office, so do not worry if the link in your email does not work right away.
- Your receipt of an order confirmation does not indicate our acceptance of your order. First Earth has the right to accept or decline your order at any time. All orders placed must be approved with a valid method of payment to First Earth. We may require additional verification or information before we accept and ship your order.
- First Earth has the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. If an order is refused, all of the funds received by us will be refunded using the method of payment that was used during checkout.
- If both the package cannot be delivered to the customer's supplied address and the customer fails to retrieve the package in a timely manner from the post office resulting in a RETURN TO SENDER, then the customer will be asked to pay for shipping on the second attempt or receive a refund minus the original shipping charge.
- In the event a package is delivered successfully to the listed address, but the customer never receives the package due to theft; First Earth will not be held liable for the losses incured. The customer may file a claim with the shipping company. (USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, etc)
What is your return policy?
Your return needs to be received by us within 30 days of you receiving your items. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition. We will not accept returns for items that show signs of wear or tear.
We recommend shipping hats in the original packaging. If you are returning a hat and no longer have the original packaging, you must purchase an 8"x8"x8" box.
All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty or the wrong item.
First Earth is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
First Earth does not take title to returned items until they are received in our location. First Earth does not take title to returned items that are sent back improperly.
What if I only want to exchange my items?
Please include a note explaining your intent: Exchange, Return, etc. We will try our best to honor exchanges, but certain items may be out of stock.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
Do you process sale items?
Items bought on sale may be returned. You will be credited back the price you paid. Customers who choose store credit will need to pay the current price, past sales will not be honored.
When will I receive my store credit or refund?
Once we receive the items from you and approve their condition, you'll receive either your store credit or refund. Please allow us up to 7 business days for processing.
What if I bought my items elsewhere or in person?
Only items purchased through www.first-earth.com can be returned through this form. If you purchased an item from an authorized First Earth wholesaler please return your product where you purchased it.
