If I like you, it is! Email us to find out. All of this is for you, so there is a good chance we can make your dreams come true.
How much does shipping cost?
Good question. We base everything off of weight. Our Hats/Apparel/Paper Prints/Smaller items all ship via USPS. Canvas Prints and Original Paintings are shipped via UPS/Fed Ex.
If I pay you more can I get it faster?
Right now we do not offer expedited shipping. We are a family run business and we try to ship products 2-3 times per week. Most orders take 1-3 days to ship. Please allow up to 2 weeks for Original Paintings, Photo paper Prints and Canvas Prints to ship. These larger items generally ship in 2-3 days, but can take up to 2 weeks during busy seasons.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, you can select internation shipments while checking out. It can take 2-5 weeks for an international shipment to arrive. Also, once the package leaves the US, tracking is no longer updated.
Will you send me a tracking number?
Yes, you will automatically be emailed when your package ships with tracking information.
How will my prints be shipped?
Prints are shipped rolled in a heavy duty 3" Cardboard tube. Canvas Prints are shipped stretched, and packaged with protective wrap/reinforcement and shipped in a box. We provide the utmost care making sure your fine arts purchase will arrive in perfect condition. In the ultra rare case something is damaged, all fine arts shipments are insured for the full value.
What is your return policy?
We try to make returns as easy as possible for you. For full return policy please visit the SHIPPING/RETURNS page. Basically, we accept returns with in 30 days of you receiving your item. The item must be unwashed and unworn. Please include the original packing slip and a written explanation of your intent: Return/Exchange/etc. First Earth is not responsible for shipping costs incurred returning or exchanging items unless it is due to wrong item/damaged item. We recommend hats be returned in the original packaging. If the packaging has been destroyed please ship hats in 8"x8"8" cardboard boxes, as to not damage the hat.
Can I return an item I bought in person?
Yes and no. If it is an item bought from First Earth at an event we are vending, please contact us about exchanges/returns. If you bought our item from an authorized First Earth wholesaler, please return or exchange your item with the company you bought it from.
I received my item and it is damaged/the wrong item/size, what do I do?
First off, we apologize that this slipped thru our fingers. If you want to return or exchange an item because of a defect or because it is the wrong item please Email Us and we will arrange for you to ship your items back for free.
I ordered the wrong size, can I change it before it ships?
Maybe! Maybe not. Only one way to find out, Email us ASAP!
My size or favorite item is out of stock, will you let me know when you get more in?

How do I know what size hat I fit?
We try to take the guess work out of it with our Size Chart. Our sizes are comparable to other brands selling Fitted and Snap Back hats, so if you already have a size that fits, we would recommend trying that one first.
